Please check the watch within 7 days after receiving it, including appearance, functions, and accessories.

Before confirming that there are no issues, please do not remove any protective films or seals on the watch.

If the protective film is removed, the watch has been worn, or there is any man-made damage, the product will be considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you find any quality issues during inspection (such as scratches, timekeeping problems, or stopping), please contact our after-sales team via email within 7 days and provide your order number along with photos or videos of the issue.

Returns without prior authorization or submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

We will provide instructions on where to return your item(s). You must return the product(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund. You must send your returned package via courier, at your own expense, and provide us with a tracking number for a refund to be issued.

Refunds are made in the same form as the initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the returned goods. During the 6-month warranty period, we will repair any problem you might have with the product.

Kindly include the below information when contacting us. This will speed up the processing of your return.

Information To Provide:

Your full name, the date the order was placed, your order number, and the date when the order was received

A list of the replica product(s) to be fixed or refunded

Delivery is guaranteed! If your shipment is lost or seized, we will reship once at our expense.

Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from China to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your purchase.

Please allow 15-30 days for the delivery of your order.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

We are not responsible for any import tax charged to your package.

We promise to comply with the following conditions, from the date of product sale (based on the actual date of receipt) can be returned within 7 days. Customers can submit a return application online or contact the Luxurywatchmall customer service center for return and exchange(Customer service contact:  [email protected]).

Special reminder: You need to send the package back to China, we don’t have any overseas warehouse. After contacting Customer Service, we will provide you with a Chinese return address. We are not responsible for the parcel being detained by customs. We won’t refund until we receive the goods.

Inspection Before Use
Please inspect your watch carefully upon delivery before removing any protective films or resizing the bracelet. This includes checking the case, dial, hands, clasp, and overall condition.

Reporting Issues
If there are any problems with the watch (damage, wrong model, not working), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your case and offer repair, replacement, or refund options as appropriate.

Condition of Returns
For any return or replacement, the watch must be in brand-new condition, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
Watches that have been worn, sized, or had their films removed may not be eligible for a full refund, but we will still work with you to find a fair solution (repair or partial refund).

Proof of Issue
To ensure fair resolution, we may request photos, videos, or an inspection by our service team. Claims without evidence may not be accepted.

The following conditions are accepted for return:
1. Functional failures or commodity quality issues as defined by national laws;
2. The reason for the mini pick of the flow loss, missing parts, or description of the goods does not match the website;
3. In the case of no problem with the goods, the return is caused by the customer’s personal reasons, the goods are not used and the secondary sales are not affected.

The following conditions will not be refunded:
1. Any item not sold by Luxurywatchmall (the serial number does not match);
2. Over-insurance goods (more than three guarantees);
3. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid injection, accident, alteration, improper quality of the product caused by improper installation, or tearing, alteration of the label, machine serial number, anti-counterfeiting mark;
4. The outer packaging, accessories, gifts (vouchers) of the goods (required to be returned together with the main goods), the instructions are incomplete, and the (vouchers) invoices are missing or altered;
