We are a legitimate business and are committed to fulfilling every order. Each product is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.

International shipping involves multiple transportation stages, and tracking updates may not appear continuously during transit. Temporary tracking inactivity is a normal part of international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Before shipment, every order goes through several preparation steps to ensure product quality and accuracy. The total order processing time usually takes 7–10 business days.

1. Factory Preparation (2–4 Business Days)

After your order is confirmed, we arrange production and preparation with the factory. Depending on product availability and factory workload, this process usually takes 2–4 business days.

2. Product Quality Inspection (1–2 Business Days)

Once the watch is received from the factory, our team performs a detailed quality inspection. We check the watch appearance, movement function, time accuracy, and overall condition to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We do not ship products directly from the factory without inspection. Every watch must pass our quality check before shipment.

3. Transfer to Logistics Partner (1–2 Business Days)

After passing inspection, the watch is carefully packaged and transported to our international logistics partner. This stage includes packaging confirmation, shipping preparation, and transfer to the logistics facility.

4. Logistics Processing (2–3 Business Days)

After receiving the package, the logistics provider processes the shipment, prepares export procedures, and arranges international transportation.

Once this stage is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can also check your order status on our website by entering your order number and the email address used when placing your order.


Shipping Process

After logistics processing is completed, your package begins the international shipping process from China to your destination country.

1. International Transit from China (8–12 Business Days)

The package will be transported from China to your destination country through international logistics channels.

The international transit stage usually takes 8–12 business days, depending on flight availability, transportation arrangements, and logistics conditions.

2. Arrival in Destination Country & Tracking Updates

After the package arrives in your destination country, it will be processed by the local logistics network.

At this stage, tracking information will begin updating, including:

  • Arrival at the destination country
  • Customs processing (if required)
  • Transfer to the local carrier
  • Local sorting
  • Delivery preparation

Please note that the first tracking update may only appear after the package has arrived in the destination country. A lack of updates during international transportation does not mean that the package is lost or delayed.

3. Local Delivery (2–3 Business Days)

After customs processing and local sorting are completed, the package will be handed over to the local delivery carrier.

The final delivery stage usually takes approximately 2–3 business days, depending on the local carrier’s schedule and delivery conditions.

During this stage, tracking information will continue to update until the package is delivered to the address provided during checkout.
